Vacuum Toilets for Events in Sofia: OoYes at Green & Mobility Expo 2026

OoYes provides vacuum toilet trailers and modular vacuum sanitation systems for events in Sofia and across Bulgaria. Available solutions range from compact toilet trailers for corporate events, VIP and backstage areas to high-capacity modular systems for major festivals, concerts and sporting events.

For Green & Mobility Expo 2026, we supplied a 2–1–2 vacuum toilet trailer, featuring two female toilet compartments, one male toilet compartment and two urinals.

The system uses vacuum technology and requires approximately 0.5–0.6 litres of water per use, reducing water consumption by up to 90% compared with conventional flushing systems.

But water efficiency is only one of the advantages.

Porcelain toilet bowls, an enclosed vacuum system and purpose-built interiors provide a more comfortable experience for visitors and a higher standard for temporary sanitary areas.

For event organisers, this means that temporary toilets no longer have to be treated simply as a basic necessity. They can be planned as part of the overall visitor experience.

Different events require very different sanitary setups.

A corporate event, private function or backstage area may need only a compact vacuum toilet trailer. A large festival, concert or sporting event may require multiple sanitary zones and significantly greater capacity.

This is why OoYes operates different models and capacities of vacuum toilet trailers, as well as modular vacuum sanitation systems that can be configured according to expected attendance, event duration and venue layout.

For large-scale events, our modular systems offer another important advantage: efficient transport and installation. Up to 26 modules, providing as many as 78 toilet positions, can be transported on a single trailer.

This allows organisers to create high-capacity sanitary areas while reducing the number of deliveries required to the venue.

Vacuum systems are therefore suitable not only for VIP and premium areas, but also for high-attendance festivals, concerts, sporting events and other large temporary venues.

The setup at Green & Mobility Expo combined several types of sanitary facilities.

Alongside the 2–1–2 vacuum toilet trailer, OoYes supplied two mobile handwashing stations and two conventional portable toilets.

Using different solutions within the same event allows sanitary facilities to be matched to individual areas, visitor flows and capacity requirements rather than relying on one type of toilet throughout the entire venue.

Our work on site also included waste bins, crowd-control barriers and mesh fencing with privacy screening.

For organisers and production teams, combining sanitary facilities and other event equipment through one supplier can also simplify delivery, installation and on-site coordination.

Planning temporary sanitation involves more than deciding how many toilets to order.

Expected attendance, event duration, food and beverage service, visitor flow, accessibility, venue layout and access for service vehicles can all affect the number, type and positioning of sanitary facilities.

OoYes provides sanitary solutions for festivals, concerts, sporting events, exhibitions, corporate events, public events, VIP and backstage areas, film and television productions and other temporary venues.

Depending on the project, an event setup can include:

This allows organisers to combine different types of equipment within a single project and create a setup that reflects both the expected capacity and the required level of comfort.

For international event agencies, production companies and organisers planning an event in Sofia or elsewhere in Bulgaria, having a local supplier that can provide both equipment and on-site service can make temporary sanitation considerably easier to manage.

OoYes delivers and services mobile sanitary facilities across Bulgaria, with solutions ranging from standard portable toilets to vacuum toilet trailers and high-capacity modular vacuum systems.

Whether the requirement is a small VIP sanitary area or facilities for thousands of visitors, the setup can be planned around the event rather than forcing the event to fit a standard solution.

Green & Mobility Expo 2026 was another example of that approach – combining different sanitary facilities and event equipment at one location in the centre of Sofia.
