OoYes – part of the initiative by the Ministry of Education and Iliya Tzarski

The "I Am a Responsible Driver" campaign concluded in Burgas with exciting demonstrations and valuable road safety lessons. OoYes joined as a partner by providing the event barriers, contributing to the smooth organization and safety of all participants.

At the final seminar, held at the Congress Center of the Port of Burgas, students from four local schools learned about road risks and how to respond effectively in critical situations. Standing behind the cause was one of the country’s most successful and respected race car drivers – Iliya Tzarski, who took part in the campaign for a second consecutive year.

Who is Iliya Tzarski?

Iliya Tzarski is a prominent name in Bulgarian motorsport — a multiple-time champion, a racer with dozens of accolades, and years of experience on the track. He has founded his own racing school and is actively involved in training young drivers and racers. Tzarski doesn’t just race — he passes on his knowledge and helps build a culture of responsibility among future drivers.

In Burgas, he not only showcased his race car but also gave a live demonstration of how to handle a vehicle in a loss-of-control situation. His message to the students was clear:

“This car is driven only in places made for racing. The street is not the place for speed.”

A forward-looking initiative

Organized by the Ministry of Education and Science, the initiative aims to prepare young people not just for their driver’s license exam, but for real-life situations on the road. Students had the chance to try a skid simulator, wear goggles that mimic the effects of alcohol, and hear practical advice about seat belts, speed choice, and safe behavior behind the wheel.

According to Tzarski, the lack of experience is the biggest risk for young drivers, and programs like this help build a new mindset — one of responsibility not just to themselves, but to everyone on the road.

Events like this require a high level of organization, clearly defined zones, and easy access for technical equipment — a role our team fulfills with expertise and attention to every detail.

We believe that when young drivers receive proper preparation, the roads become safer for everyone. That’s why we joined this initiative — bringing our logistical experience and safety-first approach where it truly matters.

The “I Am a Responsible Driver” campaign in 2025 spans six major cities: Sofia, Pernik, Blagoevgrad, Vratsa, Ruse, and Burgas. We’d like to thank all institutions, organizers, and participants for their joint efforts toward a more responsible driving future..
