OoYes on the Feast of the Jumerka and the Trotters

On March 1, the village of Golyamo Vranovo, Ruse region, gathered lovers of Bulgarian cuisine and local culinary traditions to celebrate the first "Jumerka and Trotters Festival". This day adds to the drive to preserve the culinary heritage and disseminate traditional Bulgarian foods. 

OoYes was happy to join the culinary celebration by providing portable toilets. 

Visitors enjoyed a varied program, witnessing authentic techniques for preparing Jumerka and Trotters. In Bulgaria, the word jumerki is also known as przhki. It is prepared from lard (it can also be mixed with meat), which is melted after frying. In addition to the program, there were musical performances and folk dances.

We are proud to be part of events that preserve Bulgarian traditions and spirit. We hope this celebration will become a tradition and attract more and more residents and guests from other regions, and OoYes will be ready to provide even better sanitary conditions for each next edition.
