OoYes – The Partner Behind the Success of “Burgas Run 2025”
Over 980 runners from 5 countries, international participation, closed streets, and an entire city moving to the rhythm of sport — this was the scene in Burgas on September 14 during “Burgas Run 2025,” the first and largest running festival in Bulgaria. Behind the clean, secure, and well-organized environment for participants stood us — OoYes.
Top-Level Mobile Logistics – From Sanitary Facilities to Backstage Equipment
Mobile Sanitary Units
To ensure comfort for everyone involved, we provided standard portable toilet cabins, equipped with anti-slip flooring, self-closing doors, urinals, and occupied/vacant indicators. In addition, we installed an accessible toilet cabin for people with disabilities, designed to meet all accessibility requirements — complete with a ramp, 360° wheelchair rotation, and stable internal handrails.
We also provided mobile double-station handwashing sinks with foot pumps, liquid soap dispensers, and paper towel holders – a hygiene solution suited for events with high foot traffic.
Waste Management
High-capacity mobile waste bins were strategically placed in high-traffic zones and supplied with liners, ensuring cleanliness even during peak event moments.
Space and Traffic Control
To ensure the safety of participants, spectators, and organizers, we installed a wide range of fencing and crowd control equipment:
- Solid M800 Fences – creating a visual and physical barrier between restricted and public areas.
- Mesh M125 Mobile Fences – flexible and quick to rearrange, ideal for dynamic setups.
- Gate-Type Fences – for controlled access to designated sections of the course.
- Crowd-Control Barriers – ensuring smooth flow of people, especially around the start/finish areas and the main stage.
All fences were securely installed using stable PVC and concrete bases, braces, and connectors to withstand the stress of large crowds.
Additionally, we supplied red and white traffic barriers, helping to divide operational zones and redirect movement due to temporary road closures in the city center.
Furniture and Technical Equipment for Backstage Zones
Organizing an event of this scale means the logistics go far beyond the public areas. OoYes also equipped the technical, media, and judge zones with:
- Tables and Chairs – durable and suitable for outdoor use.
- Metal Cabinets with Shelves and Doors – for safe storage of gear and materials.
- High-Load-Bearing Boards – used to build platforms and technical bases where needed.
