OoYes Contributes to the New CSKA Medical Center

CSKA has made a strategic investment in its future with the launch of a high-tech medical center — a space designed for recovery, prevention, and optimal preparation of professional athletes. The center brings together sports science, medicine, and training processes into one modern ecosystem — a model typical of leading European clubs.

Behind this project stands modular infrastructure delivered by OoYes — engineered for intensive use, high technical demands, and daily operation alongside advanced medical equipment.

A Space Built for Professional Performance

A medical center is more than just a room — it is an active working environment that supports elite athletes every day. Such an environment requires infrastructure built without compromise.

The OoYes team designed and installed a modular space using paired 20-foot containers, configured both lengthwise and crosswise to maximize functionality and workflow efficiency.

The project included:

  • a complete electrical installation with grounding
  • climate control for a stable indoor environment
  • high load-bearing flooring systems
  • full site preparation and installation

Every detail was executed with safety, durability, and long-term operation in mind — essential standards when working with specialized medical technology.

Infrastructure Supporting Sports Science

The new medical center features a hyperbaric chamber, cryotherapy room, and modern therapeutic systems aimed at faster recovery, injury prevention, and optimal athletic performance.

Each of these technologies depends on a stable, reliable, and precisely built environment. This is where OoYes plays a key role — providing infrastructure that ensures safe operation and consistent conditions, allowing the equipment to perform optimally every day.

Today, this environment is an integral part of the athletes’ daily preparation — exactly as modern professional sports demand.

Building Infrastructure for High Standards

For OoYes, projects like this are a natural field of work — modular solutions integrated into environments with high professional requirements. This is not simply installation work; it is the creation of a functional ecosystem that supports real strategic goals — health, recovery, and sustainable development.

We are proud to be a technology partner in a project that sets a new benchmark for sports infrastructure in Bulgaria.
